Event Details

Welcome to the New ActevaRSVP Registration Page!

This new page makes it easy for event participants to find your event venue and schedule the event into their calendars or social networks. It also enables you to provide custom event contact information. Here is what's new:

Add to My Calendar Link
An event participant can schedule your event into their calendar (such as Outlook) by clicking the Add to my calendar link. The link is in the Date, Time and Location box to the right.

Map to Event Venue
The Date, Time and Location box also contains a map to your event venue. The participant can hide the map to see more of the registration page, or show the map in a new window.

Links to Social Networks
The heading of the Event Details block (above) includes a pop up menu of links to most social networks. The participant can publish their participation in your event to sites such as Facebook, Twitter or MySpace.

Event Contact Block
We have replaced the "Hosted By" block with an Event Contact block. It initially contains your Salesforce organization name, but you can put any content you want in the block, including event partners, telephone numbers or email addresses. You can format your contact information using HTML.

You can enter your feedback in the box at the bottom of this page, send it to support@actevarsvp.com or call Richard Cunningham at (415) 459-4742
